Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using any app published by Appable Yazılım Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“Appable”, “we”, “us”) or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps or the website.

2. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you create, upload, or store with our apps. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf (for example, to sync or back up the data you choose to sync). We do not claim rights to your content and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our apps except as expressly permitted by law.
• Use our apps to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with other users’ use of the apps.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

Some of our apps offer paid features, either as one-time purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via your Apple ID settings.

6. Updates

We ship updates regularly to add features, fix bugs, and improve security. We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion. We’ll do our best to communicate meaningful changes in advance.

7. Disclaimer

The apps and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the apps or the website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using our apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the apps or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
