How do I report a bug or ask for help?

Use the contact form at the top of this page and include the name of the app, your device model and iOS version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps enormously. We aim to reply within two business days.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases (one-time or subscriptions) are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple denies your request and you believe it’s an error, reach out to us — we’re happy to help.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions, then select the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID you originally purchased with, open the app, and look for a Restore Purchasesbutton (usually in Settings). If that doesn’t work, write to us and we’ll sort it out.

Can I request a new feature?

Absolutely. We read every suggestion that comes in through the contact form above. Tell us which app and how you imagine the feature working — real use cases are what shape our roadmap.

Where can I read your privacy policy and terms?

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to every Appable app. If you have a specific privacy or data question, email us and we’ll respond personally.
